What is the PDF Page Editor?

The PDF Page Editor lets you add blank pages to any position within a PDF, or remove pages you no longer need. It gives you precise control over the document's page structure without altering the content of the remaining pages. All operations happen inside your browser — the file never leaves your device.

Common reasons to insert blank pages

Spacers for ring-binding: Printers and binders often require a blank page between sections so each new chapter starts on a right-hand (odd-numbered) page.

Cover or back pages: Insert a blank first or last page to make room for a physical cover sheet after printing.

Handwritten notes: Insert blank pages at specific points so recipients can print and write directly on the empty pages.

Signature pages: Add a blank page at a designated signing point in a contract.

Removing duplicate scans: Double-fed pages create unwanted duplicates. Delete the extra copies instantly.

Stripping cover pages: Remove branded cover pages from a template before customising and resending.

Cleaning up blank pages: Scanners sometimes produce trailing blank pages. Delete them to tidy the document.

How to use the Page Editor

Upload your PDF. Page thumbnails appear with insert and delete controls.

To insert a blank page, click the + icon between two existing pages at the position you want.

To delete a page, click the trash icon on the thumbnail you want to remove.

Preview the updated sequence, then click Save & Download.

Frequently asked questions

Can I insert multiple blank pages at once?

Currently each insertion adds one blank page at the chosen position. For multiple blanks, click the insert control several times in succession. The page count updates after each addition.

What size are the inserted blank pages?

Blank pages are sized to match the dimensions of the adjacent page in the document, so they blend in naturally. If the document contains mixed page sizes, the blank will match the page immediately before the insertion point.

Can I undo a deletion?

Yes. Click the Reset button to restore the original page structure. No changes are permanent until you click the download button and save the file.
